PIZZA & FOCACCIA
From dough to leavening, it's your turn to mold, roll, bake in our wood oven and finally relish the unique taste of the best pizza you've ever had, the one you made yourself!
FRESH HOME-MADE PASTA
Gnocchi or maltagliati with sauce inspired by tradition.
MORTAR PESTO COURSE
In the heart of 5 terre, you will take a dip in the most authentic Liguria by learning to prepare pesto with your own hands.
The experience will begin with a tasting of house wine and a taste of local extra virgin olive oil, then it will be the turn of the explanation and preparation of the pesto made with a mortar.
Minimum 2 partecipants.
